MODI: was accused for the riot.But thanks Indian secular and democracy that Modi can be PM : PM.So why not Modi will not become PM!As India is a SECULAR DEMOCRACY country, So here any Indian citizen may be become a PM. Any Indian criminal, mafia have also right to become a PM! I think it is very easy for to answer the question.
