Value of humanity in our modern society

We all are human being and this is our common identity. We are living in family with love. There are sweet relation with each other. We are also living in beautiful world and we belongs to same family. I think that humanity is the kind of love which we fell in our heart.We feel sad if some peoples are facing with social injustice.
But it is sad and unfortunate that today we are not much interested in humanity. We would like to think only our own interest and it is due to the present socio-economic situation. There are many human rights organisation in the world. But the role of this organisation are not satisfactory. It seems that human rights are very weak organisation. We do not find any positive role. Human rights has no effective power to take action against human rights violation.
Today world is controlled by Political parties and government. They don't care human rights. What they want? They want power any how and they are not interested in human rights.Sometimes they use human rights only for their interest.
There are so many discrimination in our society and it hurts me alot. We see that there are religious, caste ,ethnicity etc. discrimination. Most of the peoples are living with poverty, malnutrition and hunger in the world . They need food,shelter , security but the government failed to access the basic need of human life. Is it not shame to our modern society? Some peoples are enjoying unlimited way and most of them are suffering from food and security.
Many people died in riots ,violence,terrorism and war across the world. Where are the human rights? What are they doing ? Are they sleeping ? Can we not stop it ? Is it not our responsibility?
It seems that humanity has no value in our modern society.
